A Day in the Life

As a Key Account Project Coordinator at Pangolin Marketing Agency, your day typically begins with a team stand-up meeting where you update everyone on the status of ongoing projects.

You then review project schedules and ensure that all tasks are on track. Throughout the day, you’ll coordinate with various team members, including designers, developers, and marketers, to gather updates and address any issues that arise.

You spend part of your day preparing and updating project documentation, including progress reports and risk logs. You also facilitate project meetings, ensuring that action items are clearly defined and followed up on. Regularly checking in with key account clients to provide updates and gather feedback is another critical part of your role.
