Job Description
The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter, with 2-3 years of experience who is capable of working cross-functionally on the planning and implementation of marketing projects. We are looking for someone dependable, client service-oriented with excellent communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Monitoring the progress of key marketing projects both internally & externally, reporting & timely communicating any lapses or red flags.
- Making presentation decks, ranging from research, strategy, insights derivation & campaign planning to aid the strategy & marketing team.
- Being an integral part of the content ideation, campaign planning meetings, and contributing with out-of-the-box thinking.
- Providing regular administrative & coordination support to the marketing and strategy team.
- Support cross-team initiatives to document processes and streamline operations for the team.
- Develop and execute an impactful mix of marketing strategies and tactics with a focus on demand generation, content marketing, and PR strategies to create brand awareness.
- A high degree of analytical rigor, strategic mindset, and business acumen, written and verbal communication skills with confidence in presenting.
Requirements/Desired Skills
- Marketing Campaigns – Experience in ideating & implementing marketing campaigns on digital as well as traditional mediums
- Advertising – Experience in collecting & analyzing consumer behavior to identify new opportunities for advertising
- Daily Project Management – Experience in coordinating with the Marketing Design and Content teams to create deliverables on time. Knowledge of keeping organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns
- Microsoft Office Suite – Experience in also having the ability to generate spreadsheets, analyze qualitative and quantitative data, and interpret KPI and ROI metrics. The candidate must have excellent command of Excel, PowerPoint & Microsoft Word
Sectoral Knowledge
- B2B SaaS: Understanding of software as a service model, market strategies, and customer engagement specific to B2B technologies.
- Technology and Innovation: Knowledge of tech industry trends, innovation processes, and the tech-for-good movement.
- Digital Marketing: Familiarity with digital marketing strategies tailored to technology products, including social media, SEO, and content marketing.
- Sustainability and Social Impact: Awareness of how technology can contribute to societal benefits, such as through sustainable practices or social entrepreneurship.
Professional Experience
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience working in an agency or client marketing team, with (ideally) 2+ years’ experience.
