Roles & Responsibilities:
- Versatile Design Expertise: Oversee diverse design projects, including websites, social media, presentation decks, and video storyboards, ensuring alignment with client objectives and our tech-for-good mission.
- Design Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire the UI/UX, graphic design, and animation teams to produce original and impactful design work.
- Mentoring and Development: A key part of your role is to mentor and develop the skills of team members, from social media designers to UI/UX specialists, ensuring professional growth and creative excellence. Implement design strategies that effectively incorporate AI and emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Conceptualization and Communication: Develop innovative design concepts and articulate them clearly for effective team execution.
- Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their design needs, ensuring projects align with their requirements. Engage directly with clients to ensure our creative strategies meet their business needs.
- Trend Awareness and Integration: Continuously update knowledge on emerging design trends and integrate these insights into the team’s workflow.
- B2B Design Acumen: Possess a deep understanding of the B2B sector’s design requirements and norms, applying this knowledge to all projects.
