Business Development Executive – B2B Marketing Agency Focus

Role Description:

Pangolin Marketing seeks a Business Development Executive to identify and develop new business opportunities in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will conduct market research, establish relationships with potential clients, and convert leads into sales. This role demands an in-depth understanding of B2B dynamics, proficiency in CRM tools, and a strategic approach to achieving revenue targets. The BDE will work closely with marketing and sales teams to align business development strategies with the company’s goals. Excellent communication, networking, and proactive sales skills are essential.


Key Responsibilities:


● Lead Generation: Spearhead the generation of top-of-the-funnel leads for
account executives and sales managers.
● CRM Management: Update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and
account information in CRM systems.
● Prospecting and Sales Qualification: Own the processes of prospecting, lead
generation, and sales qualification to meet annual revenue targets.
● Market Research: Undertake comprehensive market research to identify new
sectors and potential clients.
● Targeted Outbound Campaigns: Design and execute outbound campaigns to
generate new leads across different sectors and geographies.
● Lead Nurturing: Convert existing leads into sales opportunities through
effective nurturing strategies.
● Messaging Experiments: Innovate in messaging for email and LinkedIn
campaigns to increase conversion rates.
● Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed a monthly quota of qualified
opportunities.
● Sales Cycle Acumen: Understand the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to
deal closure, navigating through multiple decision-makers.
Qualifications:
● 2-3 years of experience in Business Development of marketing services, focusing
on B2B Companies.
● Proficiency in social selling and relationship building, particularly on LinkedIn.
● Experience in creating and managing email campaigns and follow-ups.
● Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Zoho.
