The Challenge

Creatnet Education works across system-level transformation and community-led learning. But their digital presence didn’t reflect the clarity, scale, or structure of their work.

Our goal was to redesign their digital ecosystem to clearly communicate their value, enable engagement across audiences, and reflect the thinking that underpins their work.

Our Approach

At the core of Creatnet’s philosophy is the idea that change starts small and multiplies outward. We mapped this into a visual concept of ‘the ripple’ as a unifying principle across content, design, and UX.

Execution

1. Narrative Architecture

  • Content was mapped to donors, educators, volunteers, and policy makers, not organizational structure
  • Messaging was simplified without flattening the nuance
  • Program pages were designed as mini-narratives, each showing how change unfolds

2. Visual Identity

  • Curved layouts and circular flows made navigation feel intuitive and expansive
  • Soft transitions reflected the facilitative, non-linear nature of their approach
  • Motion was used sparingly to signal progression, not urgency

3. Purposeful symbolic design

  • Pastel Colors: Soft, welcoming tones suited for an education-focused NGO
  • Real Imagery: Showcased their work in action, making the impact tangible
  • Hand-drawn Icons: Imperfect, organic visuals that connect with the evolving nature of education
  • Reusable components (icons, cards, layouts) allow for internal scalability

4. Action Oriented UX

  • Clear, role-specific CTAs for donors, volunteers, and partners
  • Optimized navigation for intuitive exploration
  • Seamless information architecture enabling cross-program discovery
